As the final preparations are being made ahead of tomorrow, the Birmingham German Christmas Market is near completion, meaning it is only a matter of short time before you can get your hands on some warm food and a cold beer over the festive season. Bratwursts, beer and garlic bread have been among some of the highlights in the past with plenty food and drink on offer this year.You can even have an active role in this year’s market with several ‘help needed’ signs displayed on the stalls. The pretzel stall is one such stand that requires help this year.One change made is the introduction of vegan sausages for the first time, giving foodies something different over the Winter period.
